Rogers To Offer Customers One Hour Spotify Trial As Compensation For Outage

Tech - Following Friday’s mass service outages which affected customers and business alike, the telecom giant has stated that starting next week they will be offering compensation for all those who experienced issues.

In a press release, the company stated, “We at Rogers understand the inconvenience caused by us last week. Which is why we are happy to offer our customers a free one hour trial of the music streaming platform Spotify.”

The company said there will be some limitations however. The offer will only be available between the hours of 3-4AM this Wednesday, and Rogers customers will be able to stream as much Francophone music as they’d like during that time. All other genres of music will be unavailable.
