Pollievre Family BBQ A Bust, Blames Trudeau

By Pov Minhas

Ottawa - Conservative leader Pierre Pollievre has taken the stage Sunday morning to once again call out Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for ruining his big party.

"My family and I decided to host a BBQ this year and there was no food, no drinks, and no ice," Pollievre stated, "We were expecting to walk into our backyard and have a party in full swing, imagine our horror when it was just...empty. Just another example of how incompetent this government is."

When asked how far in advance he planned this year's event, the opposition leader stated, “Plan? We didn't 'plan' anything. As I said earlier, we expected to have the party in full swing when we came outside. Is that too much to ask of Trudeau's Liberal government? Millions of Canadians today are outraged that I didn't have a BBQ!"

A reporter from the CBC asked what would have been done differently if he were Prime Minister. "I've made my position on this very clear. I wouldn't do what Justin Trudeau did or didn't do!" he said.

When asked to comment, the Prime Minister suggested that the Conservative "Go cook his burger on a wildfire."
