Sports - BMO Field may not be packed this season, but thankfully for MLSE that’s par for the course.

The company announced today that despite not selling a single ticket due to the CFL’s cancelation, the Argos have sold as many tickets are their previous season.

In fact, without having to pay their player’s five figure salaries, MLSE reported this has been their most profitable season to date.

Though many Torontonians couldn’t have predicted the CFL having to cancel its season in 2020, most could have. And the majority we spoke to didn’t even know what the CFL was.

“That’s the soccer one, right?,” one fan told us.

That was all the fans we could survey.

A big congratulations to MLSE !
