Metrolinx Reveals Eglinton Crosstown Has Actually Been Very Long ‘Nuit Blanche’ Exhibit

Toronto - During last night’s Nuit Blanche festival, Metrolinx unveiled it’s ambitious art instillation it has been working on for over a decade.

Attendees of the festival flocked to the uptown street to experience the immersive “LRT” display the company has been working on since 2011. With destroyed roads, train tracks that lead to nothing, and dozens of pylons the exhibit showcased displayed what a dystopian transit line might look like.

Although Metrolinx has yet to reveal what exactly LRT stands for, art aficionados were speculating all evening, with the most common theory believing it is “Long Road Troubles”.

The exhibition was so popular that Metrolinx says they will keep it up for others to experience for at least two more years.
