BREAKTHROUGH: Scientists Invent 6 New Letters To Name COVID Variants After

Science - As scientists warn they are running out of alphabet letters to name the ever-increasing COVID variants after, a team of researchers has made a massive breakthrough by inventing six more letters.

“It took months of research and countless days without seeing our families, but we think we have finally solved the COVID variant problem,” lead researcher Dr Amanda Syril tells us, “With these additional letters, we’ll be able to name 6six, maybe even seven more variants.”

The team said that if the speed at which variants are appearing, their hard work could be used as early as January 2022.

“This is one of the letters I invented. It took me nearly three months to perfect. It’s sort of like a cross between a V and a silent H,” Dr Rob Vee says, showing us the letter B with a line and a circle, “No, it doesn’t look anything like the Bitcoin logo. I don’t even know what Bitcoin is. Why does everyone say that.”

The WHO said that after this winter’s Zeta variant, they would be implementing this new research to unveil the ð variant.
