We Ranked The Ontario Party Leaders On Whether Or Not They’ve Publicly Released Their Family’s Cheesecake Recipe

Queen’s Park - As Ontario prepares to head to the polls tomorrow, and many voters still unsure which walking dumpster fire to elect, we decided to rank all the party leaders on a scale of if they have given out the recipe to their famous cheesecake.

Doug Ford: Yes

In May of 2020, during the height of the first Covid-19 wave, Premier Ford released a video of him making cheesecake for some reason. Although it didn’t look great, he did in fact do that. So for the purposes of this ranking he gets a yes.

Andrea Horwath: No

Based on our research, NDP leader Andrea Horwath has never publicly showcased her cheesecake making skills. She was, however, quick to attack Ford’s cheesecake claiming that if she were to make a cheesecake it would be much better than his and people would enjoy it a lot more. Horwath was unable to provide any details on how her cheesecake would be better, but asked you just to trust her.

Steven Del Duca: No

The Liberal leader has also failed to provide the people of Ontario a recipe for delicious cheesecake. However, in an attempt to appeal to human voters, Del Duca did release a recipe for his favourite treat; a celery stack filled with peanut butter and raisins.

Green Party Guy: Maybe

It’s unclear whether or not this person has released a recipe for cheesecake. But if he did it would probably be weird and vegan or something.

Ontario residents will take to the polls June 2.
