Ontario’s Small Business Support To Include Handing Out Hundreds Of “Hang In There” Kitty Posters

Queen’s Park - As struggling small businesses will again be forced to close their doors on Wednesday, the Ford government has announced new support measures for those most impacted.

“We are in the process of printing out hundred of encouraging posters to hand out to business most impacted by these new health measures,” said Ford, holding up an adorable photo of a cat clinging to a rope, “And just like this little kitty cat, Ontario will also make it through this trying time.”

The province announced other support measures including encouraging tweets from the official Ontario Twitter account and a high five from Doug Ford.

Businesses hoping to receive one of the kitty posters can apply through the government’s support portal, and if their application is accepted can expect to receive the poster by early 2024.
