Ford Government To Break Up Ontario Into 800 Land Developments

Queen’s Park - Following this week’s announcement that Peel region will be broken up into three different cities, the Ontario government has stated their next target will be to divide the whole province into multiple independently-owned land development sites.

Starting in the regions surrounding the GTA, Premier Ford says he will begin auctioning off large swaths of land to development companies to do with what they please. Developers will have an equal shot to bid and the winners will be determined by how much Ford likes them.

The new plan will put the Ford government in track with their goal of completely eliminating the province by 2028.
