Twitter Adds New Label To Trump’s Recent Election Tweet
By Scott Slute
Twitter has once again had to add a new label to one of President Trump’s tweets regarding the 2020 election. The “Yup, more bullshit🙃” label was added to Trump falsely claiming he won the election and stating that the Democrats were evil demons sent from hell.
The new labels were introduced to provide Twitter users with links to more information about disputed election claims. The “Yup, more bullshit🙃” label provides users a link to Season 3 Episode 4 of BoJack Horseman to help take their minds off election stress.
The new label comes after last week’s “LOL I’m sorry wut?” which was attached to a [since deleted] tweet from President Trump claiming that the answers to who was behind the voter fraud could be found on Hunter Biden’s laptop.
“We’re working on adding a number of other labels to add to the president’s impending election tweets,” says Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, “Over the next 63 days, get ready to see some new labels on Trump’s tweets including ‘No, Donny, no…’ and ‘Did you even read that back before hitting send?’”
Twitter also revealed that following the inauguration of President-Elect Joe Biden, they will be adding labels to all clips posted from The Late Show with Stephen Colbert stating “The following tweet contains obsolete and unfunny content” with a link directing users to The Toronto Harold.
