Bradford - During an announcement on his proposed Bradford Bypass and 413 highways, Premier Ford expressed the roads would be toll free. He did, however, explain that there would be some restrictions on who could use the new highways.

“Folks. these highways will be brand new. Do you know what that means? It means no one with COVID has ever driven on them, and we plan to keep it that way,” the premier said during a press engagement.

“You think you’re gonna just cruise around on my brand new highways without being vaccinated? Think again pal. You get on the 401 like the shlub you are,” the Premier continued.

Ford described the new highways as “really neat”, and it would be really “not neat” if any unvaccinated people except his daughters drove on them.

The highways are expected to begin construction in 2022 and, given that Ford insists only vaccinated construction workers are to be used, is expected to be completed by 2103.
