After Province Ends Indoor Gathering Limits, Broken Social Scene Finally Able To Reunite

Masey Hall - After an over two year hiatus, Toronto-based supergroup Broken Social Scene have announced their first Toronto show since 2019, after Ontario ended indoor gathering limits that have prevented the 27 piece band from getting together.

“It’s been so nice bringing the dozens of band members back to together after so many months of lockdown restrictions,” Kevin Drew, founder of the baroque-pop collective (his words), tells us, “We considered doing an outdoor show last summer, but unfortunately three of our band members play electric instruments so it just didn’t make sense.”

The group are set to play Massey Hall on April 20th in what is sure to be the most fun millennial parents in Ontario can expect to have all decade.
