The climate action incentive payment is a quarterly reimbursement designed to help offset the cost of federal pollution pricing or to repay your CERB that the government overpaid you for. “It’s great because today I was sent money for no reason and now I can send that money right back to them to pay my taxes I owe,” one resident tells us.
