Toronto Builds First-Ever Condo Inside An A&W

Downtown - A Toronto-based developer is shaking up the real estate market by reversing the city’s most popular trend and has opened a condo building on the main floor of an A&W. The 12 story microtower is located directly in the heart of the King and John restaurant. Units range from -2 to 1 bedrooms, and building amenities include outdoor squash courts, a communal cat washing station, and a gym equipped with a self-lifting bench press. Units start at $2.3 million. The developer has even revealed plans to open an even small marijuana dispensary in the lobby of the tiny condo.
