Trudeau Drunkenly Asks Other Commonwealth Leaders If They Want To Start A Band
London - Following his musical tribute to The Queen that no one asked for, the Canadian leader has gathered several other members of commonwealth nations to ask if they’d maybe like to start a band.
“I was thinking a barbershop quartet but I’m also open to ska. I already own a bass,” Trudeau said to the gathered leaders, “And Sophie said it was ok if we rehearse in the garage as long as we finish by 9:00.”
The leaders seemed less than keen on the idea, with many not saying a firm no but vaguely mentioning they had a lot on their plate right now and weren’t sure they could commit the time. But the ambitious Canadian leader didn’t let that stop him.
“I say we call ourselves ‘The Queen’s Men’,” Trudeau excitedly yelled before quickly correcting himself, “And Women!”
Trudeau is hoping that with enough practise they might be able to open for the 2026 Commonwealth games.
