Michelin Guide Accidentally Awards Star To Lake Ontario After Mistaking Toxic Lake Foam For Molecular Gastronomy

Toronto - 13 Toronto restaurants were awarded Michelin stars this week, and to the surprise of many one star was awarded to a seafoam-filled enclave along the shore of Lake Ontario which the guides mistook for culinary skill.

“Why, foam of such refined quality resting on top of this raw fish can only possibly be found in a restaurant charging $650 a head. Marvellous. One star,” stated a Michelin guide while walking along Queens Quay.

Combining seafood and foam, the pool contains every possible aspect a good meal requires in the eyes of Michelin. What was surprising to most guide followers, was the fact that the lake has little to no money to bribe the guide.
