We Sent Our On-The-Street Reporter To Interview Torontonians About The City’s Safety Concerns But He Got Stabbed Like 18 Times
Toronto - As the city sees a continuous rise in violent crimes, The Harold sent our top on-the-field reporter out to hear what residents thought of this. Unfortunately, after just 4 minutes of being out in the field, The Harold’s own Ronny Green was the victim of a violent crime.
Ronny arrived at the Yonge and Bloor TTC station Sunday afternoon, and before he could even set up his recording device he was the victim of a random act of violence and suffered 12 stab wounds to his right thigh. The attack seemed unmotivated but Toronto Police have not ruled out it was a Meta employee who targeted Ronny.
Upon exiting the subway and attempting to call for help, Ronny was attacked again by a different random assailant and suffered 5 stab wounds to his left thigh. Following the second stabbing, Ronny then stumbled into a local jewelry shop where he was stabbed in the septum with a hoop ring and insists that’s where his septum piercing came from it definitely wasn’t a choice.
Ronny is currently in hospital and expected to make a full recovery. He has told our in-the-hospital reporter that this was the third least dangerous job for the Harold he has done.
